Early Hours were delighted to be asked by The Ivy Collection to create an Easter theme welcome display for the restaurant entrance, comprising of hand-painted twisted willow and hot-pink blossom branches.
The display, which featured hundreds of followers, appeared to be growing from the pavement and was on display throughout the week leading up to the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend. The variety of flowers included a clashing combination of yellow daffodil, magenta pink rununculous, lime green gelder rose, trailing ivy and moss. The Ivy Collection had also too giant mossed bunnies delivered to work on with our display.
To accompany the trees we produced over-sized Easter eggs covered in a multitude pink gerebra varieties. Lizzie Powell, who created the design, said “We wanted to put a wacky twist on the displays but we wanted to say true to what people commonly associate with Easter.
“We chose a classic design but used funky colours to make it stand a part from the vast amount of other Easter displays that were on show around London that week. The response on social media has been amazing! We found ourselves tagged in hundreds of pictures with people taking selfies under the displays.”
